Autumn Calabrese grew up in Cleveland Ohio, United States of America. Libra is her birthstone. She finished her primary and secondary studies at her home town. The class of Fall was graduated from Webstar University in 2001. Also, she earned the Bachelor of Fine Arts, (BFA) and a major in Dance. Autumn has not yet revealed the details of her family and parents. It is not even known what their names are or even who they are. Her birth parents were an White American father and mother which means she also holds an ethnic background of white. Autumn is also the mother of a family member known as Bobby Calabrese. Her family was raised in the town she grew up in with her brother. Autumn Calabrese holds certifications in fitness, nutrition and holistic health. Her training was provided by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She even attended American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) and the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and Integrative Nutrition. Autumn began to work with customers from her local community as a fitness instructor. Autumn became one the top fitness instructors for celebs. She is listed as one of America's top fitness trainers. Autumn was aspiring to be a professional dancer. But, her goal was shattered when she suffered a severe back injury. In later years she turned her attention towards fitness instead of dance. She developed the 21 Day Diet throughout her job. Fans of fitness are in love with it. Other routines she has included are the HIT workout 21 Day Fix, 21, day Fix EXTREME, and others. In addition, her cookbook FIXATE has earned her international fame.
