Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the second half of the decade. Aleesha was born in 1984, comes from an athlete family. Her dad was an athlete, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in games like playing ice hockey. Aleesha had played a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, and softball before getting interested in bodybuilding when she was around 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license in 2014 following her win at her first NPC USA Championships. She began her professional career in the year 2008. The following year, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha came in at sixth place at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Her first show as a professional took place at the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha put on the most impressive show at WOS's Rising Phoenix event, in which she was 4th overall in 2020. The "World's strongest mother" did take a hiatus from bodybuilding due to issues with her health.
